How do I submit my artwork after entering an order?

Click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your screen. Choose Create Art Request. Follow the instructions listed. You will also find the Lowen Color Library and Artwork Guidelines on the right hand side of this page.

When entering information on the payment screen, where do I enter my city and state?

Hit Tab or Enter on your keyboard after typing in your zip code. This will trigger the appropriate fields to appear.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes! We are routinely audited for PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance by Trustwave. We maintain a perfect audit rating to ensure that your credit card and personal information stays completely safe.

What is your production time?

Production time varies throughout the year. When you place an order, a Customer Service Representative will tell you how many business days plus transit time it will take for you to receive your sign products. Business days are Monday – Friday. Weekends and national holidays are not counted so please take note of this when you order.

Are there holes in our panels and riders?

Steel and Poly panels and riders have pre-punched holes. There are no holes in corrugated plastic, Alumalite or Omegabond. The flutes in our corrugated signs run vertically to fit on wire stakes without the need for holes.

Do stakes come with directional signs?

If the product description of the directional signs you are ordering says Unit, then stakes are included. If the description says Panels Only, then stakes are not included. This applies to all yard sign products.

Do you install your sign products?

No, Lowen Sign Company does not install our sign products. We do recommend some outside installers that you can find by clicking here.
