Our order desk is available to serve you from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central time, Monday through Friday at 800-545-5505. You may also fax us toll free at 800-846-4466. Lowen requires a minimum order of $25.00.
Mail Orders
Please download, complete, and mail the order form. Be sure to include payment for merchandise, freight charges, and sales tax, if applicable, with your order. Call 800-545-5505 for a quote.
State & Local Taxes
Tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where sales/use taxes are applicable.
Payment Terms
We accept the following: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and Company or Personal Checks. Open accounts are available with approval of credit. Freight charges, the cost of merchandise, and applicable sales tax are charged at the time you submit your order.

Shipping
Orders up to 200 total lbs. are usually shipped by small package carriers. Orders exceeding this weight are shipped by the fastest, most economical motor carrier available. Carriers charge additional fees for inside delivery, calling before delivery, and residential delivery.
Refunds & Returns
Returned merchandise must have prior authorization from Lowen.

We offer design services at the rate of $65 per hour if you would like us to create a new sign design for you.
